Nightfall

Where the city wakes

The experiment

A still photograph turned into a living scene — rebuilt and animated entirely in the browser, with no video.

Window lights — windows flick on and twinkle across the towers as the city wakes.
Parallax — the buildings shift as you move your cursor, giving the scene depth.
Vignette — a soft gradient frames the edges and settles the mood.
Colour grade — a subtle brightness & contrast pass sets the tone.
Particle render — the photo is reconstructed from thousands of points that assemble on load.
